Jacob Morris
Jacob Morris is the dedicated Owner of JM Remodeling and Property Management, LLC, spearheading remodeling projects across the Rochester, Geneva, and Syracuse areas. With 15 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and flooring, Jacob's expertise is highlighted by his tenure managing $1 million remodel projects for a national firm. His passion for craftsmanship and commitment to excellence ensure the successful execution of every project to the client's satisfaction.
Operations Director
Becca Barile
With over two decades of experience in higher education administration, Becca Barile is the Operations Director at JM Remodeling and Property Management, LLC. She adeptly handles project scheduling, AirBnB management, bookkeeping, payroll, and marketing initiatives, leveraging her expertise in occupancy management to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction. Becca's dedication to excellence and innovative solutions drives the success of our projects and business endeavors.

Project Lead
Gustavo "Goose" Sepulveda
Goose brings valuable experience to the site crew team. Prior to joining JM, he was an Electrical Apprentice in North Carolina, as well as a Residential Construction Apprentice. Goose joined JM in May 2024, and quickly was promoted to a Project Lead, leading first phases of our renovation projects, including site preparation and demo.

Steve Murphy
A Rochester native and professional firefighter, Steve brings his "helper mindset" to every job, and focuses on details. Steve started with JM Remodeling and Property Management in March 2024.
